Turmeric Scramble



Serves 1

7 mins to make.


EQUIPMENT:

Nonstick frying pan & cooking spoon. Serving dish.


INGREDIENT:


1x tsp Coconut oil

3 - 4 cracked eggs( if you are on a low-cholesterol diet for blood pressure or high cholesterol remove all but 1 yolk.

1 tsp of turmeric powder

Fresh chopped coriander or parsley

Sea salt

Fresh ground black pepper& or chili flakes

Fresh cut lime.


MAKE:

Heat the pan with the coconut oil, take the heat down slightly & crack the eggs into the hot pan, add the turmeric & stir continuously until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Remove & place into your serving dish, Serve with freshly chopped coriander or parsley

grind of sea salt to taste, fresh ground black pepper & or chili flakes to taste optional.

A squeeze of fresh lime. Enjoy.
