Ingredients:

1 cup of rice/almond/coconut milk or other alternatives to dairy milk

1 tablespoon of unsweetened 70% + cocoa powder

Half a teaspoon of matcha green tea powder

Natural sweetner of choice (optional) & perfectly bitter sweet without.

To Make

In a large cup add the cocoa powder and matcha powder together

Heat the milk, pour the hot milk into the cup, mix

Matcha is a powerful antioxidant & cleanser. Rich in polyphenols, including catechins, which reduce cancer tumor growth.
