This is a simple guide for gentle consistent weight loss & or weight management over time. If you are someone who finds a plan helpful. You can use this plan to drop some weight and or maintain your ideal/current body weight simply by adding a little more of the same foods included once comfortable weight is achieved. Feel free to swap lunch & supper around as you like & need. Do your best, and if you have a little blip, get back on track the next day. Remember to be kind to yourself.
