When you work with me I want you to ultimately feel better about yourself, your life, your body in any order & in an everyday way. I offer a number of services that have helped my clients past & present. I know can help you to achieve your goals.
I work one on one with you around your scheduale, needs and ability. My sessions are about consistency & commitment. Sessions always varied & short, 30 minutes twice a week or more & for as long as it takes you to get to where you want to get.I hold you accountable.
Yoga & Meditation
I work with you from where you are at & what you are looking to get out of developing a practice for yourself or simply just so you can schedule regular selfcare. Sesions are 60 minutes & include a short guided meditation followed by asana movement / stretching sequences designed for your body, the session completes with full body breath relaxation. Beginners welcome.
Emily checks in & keeps track of your nutritional wellbeing in your personal training sessions as well as offering The Healthie Homie Reset Emily's signature online group nutritional program to help you get back on track, remove unhealthful choices & replace with healthy habits for mental & physical wellness!
